Gray Court is home base — our shop is at 1095 Water Tank Rd, 5 minutes from Farm at Wells Creek and 10 minutes from Wren Woods. We've built more porches here than anywhere else in our service area. Farm at Wells Creek is our most active community right now — Meritage Homes, standard back patios, and owners adding screened porches season after season. One thing unique to rural Gray Court: properties near ponds need no-see-um screen (20x20 mesh), not standard fiberglass — we recommend it on every rural project because gnats and biting midges come right through standard screen. All permits are handled through Laurens County Building & Zoning. We have never failed a final inspection in Gray Court, and we don't intend to start.
