Contractors pay to be listed in that directory. Homeowners search free, and no contractor — including one affiliated with the operator — can purchase editorial placement or a higher ranking on this site.

ScreenPorchBuilder.com is an informational guide for homeowners considering a screened porch, patio enclosure, three-season room, rescreening or porch repair, together with a directory referral tool for finding contractors. The site itself does not perform construction work, bid projects, or act as a contractor.

This site provides published guidance (cost ranges, materials comparisons, permit information, hiring checklists) and a contractor-finder tool that links by ZIP code into the Screen Porch Builders directory, which we also operate.
